Food Pairing: It accompanies first courses, even those with a complex structure, fish, white meats and game and is also ideal for accompanying mature cheeses and complex desserts.

History: The Bombino variety has been present in Italy since time immemorial in the areas of Magna Graecia of the Italian peninsula and the family of this vine has historical traces dating back centuries before the birth of Christ. Our Bombino is an elegant wine,
very rich in pleasantness and minerality, it never tires the palate and is never aggressive. These peculiarities seem to reflect the typical characteristics of Athens of the Hellenic world, found in the wine of our company.
